My dad gave me a Brownie camera when I turned 8 (I still have it!). He loved taking pictures and after gifting me the camera, he taught me to look at the beauty all around me and how to capture the moments that so often pass us by. When I began taking pictures and seeing the beauty on film, I began to see the world in a whole new way.
