Staying hydrated can help you feel more comfortable, ward off illness and have more energy when flying. So – to stay hydrated, follow these tips:
1. Avoid drinks with sugar, including alcohol
2. Eat foods with high water content, such as fruits and soup
3. Bring a water bottle with you and fill it when you get to your gate. Make it a goal to drink the full bottle of water during your flight – then fill up again when you land.
